Norfolk Kiwi goes down a treat at the Great British Beer Festival

For the first time this year one of my beers featured at the Campaign for Real Ale’s Great British Beer Festival held at Olympia in London. This is a massive event, which has been held in one format or another by CAMRA since 1977, and once again this year attracted well over 50,000 discerning drinkers. The festival featured more than 900 beers, ciders and perries from 350 British breweries, and this year had a circus theme to reflect its carnival atmosphere. In addition to the 11 ‘brewery bars’ representing some of the larger independent brewing companies there were a number of circus-themed bars, and my Norfolk Kiwi was available at The Unicyclist bar. Let’s hope I get asked to supply my ales to the next GBBF in August 2015!
