Jo C at JD’s!

One of the best things about being a bird who brews is getting out and about with my beer and finding out what people think of it. Positive feedback is always nice to hear and that’s exactly what I got from the drinkers at JD Wetherspoon’s pub The Limes in Fakenham, Norfolk, at the latest in its series of ‘Meet the Brewer’ events. I took samples of all three of my ales to The Limes on Thursday 6th February and met some really nice people, all of whom already drank my beer or said they would be doing so in future after tasting it that night! They included two local couples who regularly drink at The Limes and came down especially to meet me and chat about my beers, a windfarm worker from Sunderland who’s currently billeted in Fakenham, a lovely chap from Newport, Gwent, who was having supper with his wife and grandchildren and a gentleman from Ipswich who is in the process of moving to north Norfolk and said my beer was making his cross-border transition much easier! Thanks to everyone who took the time to come and say hello.
