Norfolk Kiwi was the first beer to be brewed by Jo C’s Norfolk Ale.
An easy-drinking session bitter, it’s made using the finest locally-grown Maris Otter barley and wheat, giving it a golden straw colour.
This is blended with generous helpings of English and New Zealand hops to give it that unique Kiwi flavour and aroma.
Norfolk Kiwi is available in firkins, bottles and five-litre Mini Casks.

What’s in a name?
‘Norfolk Kiwi’ was named after Jo’s husband and Norfolk hotelier, Chris Coubrough, a native of New Zealand, who can often be seen sporting the quintessential Kiwi attire of green swanndry and gumboots while driving around in a ‘ute’ full of wood.
If you come across him and communication occurs, don’t be confused by his pronunciation of ‘e’s as ‘i’s! Having lived in the UK for more than 20 years, for the most part in north Norfolk, he has a list of ambitions he wishes to achieve in order to become a true English gent! These include seeing an Englishman score an unbeaten 100 at Lords, watching the French get beaten at Twickenham and such like. So this one goes to you Chris, cheers!
