An alewive’s tale in all the right Places and Faces!

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the lovely Andy Newman from Places & Faces, the lifestyle magazine for Norfolk and Suffolk recently. Andy popped in to the brewery to ask me how I got started in the brewing industry and to source ingredients for the recipe which was to accompany his feature. In the end he opted for some of my Knot Just Another IPA which Norwich chef Roger Hickman used to make the batter for his delicious concotion of beer-battered lobster claws with tarragon mayonnaise.
